What is the Long Rider Leather Return Policy?
Our return policy helps us get you the right gear. Therefore, items purchased from Long Rider Leather can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, without visible wear or tear, on a one for one basis, or for in-store credit in the amount of the initial purchase. All returns require original receipt of sale. Returns that do not have an original receipt of sale, and have no signs of wear and tear, will be eligible for in-store credit. Long Rider Leather has all rights to refuse any return that does not meet the return policy.
What if I need to return or exchange an item(s)?
If you’re not absolutely satisfied with your purchase:
- Please email us with your order number. If you’d like, let us know why you’d like to return the item, so that if there is something we can do on our end to make your shopping experience better, we want to be able to make those changes.
- Long Rider Leather will respond to your email with a RA# (Return Addendum). Please, WRITE THE RA# ON THE RETURN SHIPPING BOX AND ON A SHEET OF PAPER INSIDE THE RETURN BOX. This is very important for processing the return of the merchandise and your refund. If the RA# is not included on the return shipping box and on a sheet of paper inside the return box, there will be delays with processing the return and refund, because of additional communication that will be required between Long Rider Leather and yourself to correctly identify the items being returned with the corresponding order and RA numbers.
- Customers will need to pay for the return shipping of any and all items being returned to Long Rider Leather. If you are exchanging an item for another item of equal or lesser value, Long Rider Leather will a) make up the difference of the costs to refund any amount due to a customer who exchanges an item for another item of lesser value, b) Long Rider Leather will cover the shipping costs, equal to the return shipping costs paid for by the customer.

How does Long Rider Leather handle Fraudulent Charges through Shopify?
Long Rider Leather heavily relies on the services provided by Shopify as we are new to the online retail world. If any orders placed on the Long Rider Leather website are flagged as High Risk in the Shopify Admin Panel, your order will be cancelled. Long Rider Leather will notify you as to why your order was cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please understand we have limited means to protect ourselves and must utilize the tools we have available.
For orders placed with a Fraud Risk lower than High, Long Rider Leather will contact you via email and phone to confirm the order is not fraudulent. If both email and phone verification are not met to Long Rider Leather's satisfaction, the order will be cancelled.
