What is the Long Rider Leather Return Policy for Online Sales?

Items purchased from LongRider Leathers website can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase if item is in new condition with tags attached.  All returns will be on a one on one basis.  All returns require original receipt of sale. LongRider Leather has all rights to refuse any return that does not meet the return policy.  

 

What if I need to return or exchange an item(s)?

  1. Please email or call us with your order number. Let us know what item and why you’d like to return the item.  Please include a phone number in the email so we are able to call you with any questions or concerns.
  2. LongRider Leather will respond to your email within 24 to 48 hours.  All returns will be processed through our physical location to ensure a timely return process.
  3. Customers will need to pay for the return shipping of any and all items being returned to LongRider Leather.  During a exchange the customer will have to pay for shipping the product back to them.  There will be no refunds on shipping costs.

How does Long Rider Leather handle Fraudulent Charges through Shopify?

LongRider Leather heavily relies on the services provided by Shopify as we are new to the online retail world. If any orders placed on the LongRider Leather website are flagged as High Risk in the Shopify Admin Panel, your order will be cancelled. Long Rider Leather will notify you as to why your order was cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience, but please understand we have limited means to protect ourselves and must utilize the tools we have available.

For orders placed with a Fraud Risk lower than High, Long Rider Leather will contact you via email and phone to confirm the order is not fraudulent. If both email and phone verification are not met to Long Rider Leather's satisfaction, the order will be cancelled. Again, we apologize for any inconvenience, but please understand we have limited means to protect ourselves and must utilize the tools we have available.
